This Week at Drexel 5/28 – 6/3

Monday 5/28 (Memorial Day) Female Discipleship has been canceled due to holiday.

Tuesday 5/29 Mid Week Prayer 12 – 1 PM in Ross Commons 3rd Floor Room 316.  Join us to take a short break from the busy-ness of a day at Drexel to pray for our lives, our friends, our campus, our city and our world.  Students, Faculty,Professional Staff and Administration are all welcome.  Bring your lunch.  Sponsored by PEACE & POWER.

Wednesday 5/30 Male Discipleship 6 – 8 PM in Creese Student Center Conference Room A.  Join us as we continue through the study book Character Counts: Who’s Counting Yours?  By Rod Handley.  Check it out at their website www.characterthatcounts.org . This book is a discussion guide about how to form serious accountability groups that help us to become more like Christ.  How do you balance accountability and grace?  How do you measure discipleship through weekly questions?  How can you always be motivating your brothers and sisters in Christ to be taking the next step in their spiritual journeys?  What are some of the pitfalls in not having others able to hold you accountable in you life?  Sponsored by Disciples InDeed.

Wednesday 5/30 Journey Conversations: What I Think About When I Think About God 7 – 8:30 PM in the J. E. M. Intercultural Center, Interfaith Chapel.    Sponsored by the Drexel University Interfaith Council.  Journey Conversations is a unique conversational way to tell your spiritual story.  This week our conversation will center around the images we imagine when we think about the Divine.

Friday 6/1 Disciples InDeed’s End of the Year Banquet 8 – 10 PM in the Private Dining Room of the Creese Student Center.  Come celebrate all the great things God has done through and for DID this year.  FREE SIT DOWN MEAL! Live Music!  Introduction of New Leaders.  Honoring Graduating Seniors.
