What to Expect at Male Discipleship

On Monday nights this term Disciples InDeed will be meeting in Ross Commons, Room 302 for Male Discipleship, 6 – 8 PM.

Christian Discussion:

We discuss a book of the Bible or we use a Christian inspirational book. At times we get interesting and use a Christian movie about topics that deal directly with our Christian walk at Drexel.  For the Fall Term we will be going over a movie “Blue Like Jazz.” It is based on a book entitled the same by Donald Miller.  The movie, clips, discussion guide and book will be very pertinent to our lives a Christians living in a secular university.  We will explore the question of how we live as Christians in a world that doesn’t always understand.

After typically an hour discussing we transition into accountability.  Accountability is where guys will hold each other accountable to live up to the standards they have set for themselves.  We organize our discussion around the question found at  We don’t hold you to some preconceived notion of where you should be.  We talk about where we actually are and then discuss what would be a good step forward for the following week.  After a week we get together again to see if we made progress in the right direction.
