Wednesday  11/14 we will gather at 2PM in my office (James E. Marks Intercultural Center room 210) for Prayer.  In the middle of your day, in the middle of you week take some time to pray.  This hopefully is more convenient for our commuter friends that may not be near campus for our evening Discipleship times.

Thursday 11/15 from 6pm-7:30pm “Finding Still Waters”  in The new “CEO LEADership Lab” (formerly Conference Room D).  I will be leading a CEO workshop.  Many of us at Drexel are highly motivated to accomplish and achieve finding great value in the work we do and are preparing to do.  The meaningfulness of our work can at times lead us to be reluctant to stop accomplishing and achieving, pushing ourselves beyond healthy boundaries.  In this workshop we will discuss:  When is it not only physically necessary to rest but also spiritually good, the spiritual value of intentional rest from work, and how to rest well.

Friday 11/16 Chinese Christian Fellowship hosts separate undergrad and grad Bible studies in Creese on Friday night. Over a meal, we discuss how the scriptures relate to the joys and struggles of being a student.  Those who are a follower of Christ and not are more than welcome. Held in the conference rooms in the basement of Creese at 6:30 on Fridays. (in Mandarin)

Saturday 11/17

For more information check out the facebook event.  Location in the Multipurpose Room (Basement) of the James E. Marks Intercultural Center.  33rd and Chestnut Streets at Drexel University.

Something to think about:  We are connected with Southern Baptist Disaster Relief which is the second or third largest disaster relief organization in the country (behind the Red Cross and tied with the Salvation Army).  Because of the natural disaster of Hurricane Sandy there will be many teams coming to the region to help.  I know that Baptist Campus Ministries from South Carolina will be working the coast of New Jersey during Christmas break.  There will be many opportunities for us to partner with them in significant ways.  Please consider staying in the area from December 15 – 19th, immediately following finals and helping out with physical labor at the Jersey Shore.  Contact me for more information.  I will post details as they are developed.

Any questions do not hesitate to contact Rev. Brian Musser at or (215) 499-2970 or stop his office in the James E. Marks Intercultural Center on 33rd and Chestnut Sts., 2nd Floor, Room 210.
