Spring Term – Finals Week

Finals start tomorrow.  I hope you truly are blessed during this upcoming week.  Because it is Finals Week most of the regularly schedule programming is on hold but there are some events this week celebrating the seniors.

However; I will be available in my office or by appointment and email if you need to talk to me during Finals for any reason.

Senior Class Toast & Reception w/ President Fry


Monday, June 10, 2-4 PM
Main Building (32nd and Chestnut Streets), Great Court
President Fry invites graduating seniors to share a celebration and a toast with him to mark the auspicious occasion of Commencement and express his gratitude for the many contributions of our graduate to the University community.

Interfaith Baccalaureate and Reception

Seniors and their guests are invited to participate in the traditional Baccalaureate, acknowledging and appreciating the expression and practice of spiritual and religious life on campus and including a variety of faith traditions.  The ceremony is followed by a light reception.  If you plan to attend or if you have any questions, please contact the Office of the Dean of Students at or 215-895-2501.

Army ROTC Commissioning

National Constitution Center, Kirby Auditorium (Market Street between 5th and 6th Streets)

Commissioning of Drexel Army ROTC students will take place on Independence Mall at the National Constitution Center (Kirby Auditorium). The event is open to the public, though seating may be limited. For more information or to RSVP, call Captain Derek Henson, Drexel Army ROTC, at 215-590-8809.

Commencement Ceremonies

Gather with your family and friends, President Fry, your professors and deans and special guests in one of five ceremonies to be held in the John A. Daskalakis Athletic Center (33rd and Market Streets). Don’t forget your cap and gown or your tickets. (Each guest you invite must have a ticket. Please see ticket information on this site.)

Each degree candidate is assigned to the ceremony for the college or school granting his or her degree. Part-time students who wish to attend the Goodwin College ceremony on June 15 should contact the College.

Information on where graduates should report for their ceremony will be added to the Commencement site as it becomes available.
