    1. _________________________________________________________

    3. _________________________________________________________
    4. _________________________________________________________
    5. _________________________________________________________
  • Form groups of about 4 students and pray for those individuals by name. Specifically ask God to show you where He is already at work in their lives.
  1. Shape your Story
    1. Your Testimony: Activity 1:  Write down your testimony using the worksheet. Prepare Worksheet on Butcher Paper:
  • Where were you spiritually before receiving Christ, and how did that affect you – your feelings, attitudes, actions, and relationships? (People may not necessarily be able to connect with the events of your life but they will probably be able to connect to the emotions.)  What caused you to begin considering God/Christ as a solution to your needs?
  • What realization did you come to that finally motivated you to receive Christ? (If there was a person involved in challenging you to accept Jesus definitely include this because it will help them understand your role in the current conversation.)
  • Specifically how did you receive Christ? (Describe in detail.  Include in detail how they could become a Christian even if you are no longer with them.)
  • How did your life begin to change after you trusted Christ? (Concentrate on this part.  Lost folk understand what being lost is like.  They are there.  That is their life.  Lost folk don’t understand what being a Christian is like.  This is the part that has to be explained to them.)
  • What other benefits have you experienced since trusting in Christ?
    1. Permission Evangelism
      1. What parts of your life do others find interesting? What questions do you get asked often?  What stories do you tell often?
      2. Is there a spiritual aspect to these parts? How can you let people know that there is a spiritual story behind the parts of your life that they find interesting?
